Delivery Policy – Anubag

(1) General Delivery Guidelines

Please be advised that the official business days in Anubag are from Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays are official holidays for all employees of Anubag and shipping companies.

Our first mission is to offer you the best online shopping experience. We aim to make shipping smooth and convenient—because your satisfaction is our priority.

Anubag mainly delivers orders through third-party shipping companies to ensure timely delivery.
Delivery is typically completed within 2 to 4 business days, depending on your geographical location. You will be given the option to choose the most convenient delivery time—whether during the day, the week, or even later in the month.

For urgent orders, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We will request your signature on a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt. Delivery will be made to the registered address, and the signature of anyone present at the address will be considered as confirmation of receipt.

If no one is present to receive the order, we kindly ask that you contact customer service to arrange a second delivery. Anubag can attempt delivery a maximum of two times. We are not responsible for orders left unclaimed 7 days after the first delivery attempt.

(2) Order Fulfillment

  • In-stock orders are fulfilled within 5–7 business days.

  • Custom-made orders are fulfilled according to the individual production time specified on the product page.

Delivery cost is either:

  • Calculated automatically at checkout based on the product and delivery address

  • Or, in the case of special orders, quoted separately and added to the final order balance

(3) Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Delivery times begin from the shipping date, not the order date. These times are only estimates and subject to approval and acceptance of your order.

Unless exceptional circumstances arise, Anubag makes every effort to fulfill your order within 5 business days from the order date.
Business days are considered Saturday to Friday, excluding official holidays.

The actual delivery date may vary depending on:

  • Shipping company policies

  • Delivery location

  • Delivery method

  • Product availability

Some products may be delivered in multiple shipments.
